Suzanne M. Stevens
Managing Director
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

Suzanne M. Stevens serves as managing director of Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. Ms. Stevens is responsible for accounting, finance, legal, risk management, human resources, information technology and administration departments.

Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Stevens served as senior auditor for Arthur Anderson LLP from August 1992 until August 1994. In 1994, Ms. Stevens joined Crescent as a financial analyst and quickly moved up the ranks to financial manager and assistant controller in September 1995 and January 1998, respectively. In September 1999, she assumed the role of vice president, controller, and in March 2004, she became senior vice president, controller. Ms. Stevens served as senior vice president, controller until August 2007 when she assumed the role of managing director. She was honored as the 2011 CFO Game Changer of the Year by Fort Worth Business Press and currently is a member of the TCU Accounting Advisory Board.

Ms. Stevens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
