Peggy Haynes
Vice President, Human Resources
Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC

Peggy Haynes serves as vice president, human resources, of Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. As vice president, human resources, Ms. Haynes is responsible for the oversight of employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll and compensation. Ms. Haynes also facilitates benefits and compliance and governmental filings for Crescent's entities.

Ms. Haynes served as director of compensation, benefits, and payroll for Crescent from 1997 until 2006.  In January 2006, she was promoted to vice president, compensation, benefits and payroll and in 2007 she became vice president, human resources.

Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Haynes served as the human resource manager at Oiltanking Houston, Inc., where she was responsible for payroll, benefits, compensation, recruitment and employee relations.

Ms. Haynes holds a Professional Human Resources certification (PHR) from the University of Dallas and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is currently completing course-work to earn a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification.
