Joe D. Dobbs

Joe D. Dobbs, CPM, RPA is currently senior vice president of property management of the Dallas Region for Crescent Real Estate, LLC. In this position, Mr. Dobbs has responsibility for the property management, operations and personnel for office properties located in Dallas, Miami, Denver, and Orange County, California.

Mr. Dobbs has more than 32 years experience in real estate management, leasing, and corporate facilities management and construction, having been vice president of property management for CBD and Uptown properties for Crescent, senior manager of the 1.5 million square-foot Bank One Center in Dallas, vice president of real estate and properties with American Freightways Corporation and senior vice president of property management with Rosewood Property Company.

He is a past president of the Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management Dallas Chapter No. 14 and is immediate past president of Texas BOMA. He has served the I.R.EM. National Organization as Chairman of the Ethics and Discipline Committee, Board of Ethical Inquiry and Ethics Hearing and Discipline Board. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors and as past president of the Richardson, Texas Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Dobbs was the 1990 recipient of the CPM Property Manager of the Year award from the Dallas IREM Chapter, and was awarded the Dallas and Southwest Conference Member of the Year awards from Dallas B.O.M.A. and the Southwest Regional Conference of B.O.M.A. in 1992 and in 2003.

He is a graduate of Texas Tech University of Lubbock, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
