Helen Rivero joined Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC in 2007 as vice president, joint venture asset management. Ms. Rivero leads the asset management effort for Crescent’s institutional client profile and serves as the owner’s representative for Joint Venture assets. Her responsibilities include investor reporting, hold/sell analysis, oversight of leasing transactions, determination of asset strategy, value enhancement analysis, site inspections, land preparations of business plans, and market analysis.

Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Rivero worked on Morgan Stanley controlled portfolios for seven years. Previously, Ms. Rivero also worked with the Archon Group, where she developed a strong background in commercial real estate investment management, leasing strategy and negotiations, portfolio management, debt and equity structures, loan workouts, underwriting, marketing and dispositions.

Ms. Rivero holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas.
