Connie S. Angelot joined Crescent Real Estate Equities in June 2001. As vice president, assistant controller, Ms. Angelot is responsible for leading Crescent's Corporate Reporting team (CRG) in all aspects of corporate accounting and internal/external reporting functions. Corporate accounting and external reporting include primarily the general ledger closing process; preparation of Crescent's consolidated financial statements and 10-Q/10-K/8-K filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as technical accounting research. Further, Ms. Angelot oversees the coordination and implementation of the relationship with Crescent's external audit firm and ensures compliance with Crescent's internal audit initiatives and Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.

Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Angelot held positions at Ernst & Young; Zale Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Ms. Angelot received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and she is a Certified Public Accountant.
